Utah’s Government Records Access and Management Act guarantees its locals the ability to look for, assess, and collect records held by municipalities across the state, including court papers, traffic offenses, marriage and divorce permits, property and lien records, and much more. All pertaining information on the many happenings of law enforcement, city courts, and local government are incorporated into these records, and are assumed public unless legally redacted.
