Pennsylvania's 2008 Right to Know law guarantees its residents the legal right to search for, observe, and get records held by municipalities across the state, including court documents, traffic transgressions, marriage and divorce permits, property and lien records, and much more. All significant facts about the multitude of happenings of law enforcement officials, city courts, and local government are incorporated into these records, and generally are presumed public unless formally redacted.
