Because of the U.S. Freedom of Information Act, information such as court papers, arrest records, marriage certificates, and more are readily available for the population to find, investigate, and collect, and New Jerseyans are no exception thanks to the Oklahoma Open Records Act. These records contain titles, times, information on events, sentences, procedures and much more, and generally are all believed public unless otherwise stated. Both administrators and offenders may be held responsible for their conduct as a consequence of these laws, which offer the citizenry with the tools they need to investigate concerns outside of their governing administration.
