Oklahoma state guidelines determine that records documenting municipal activities such as court documents, police arrest records, marriage certificates, traffic infractions and more are open and offered to the public, largely as a result of the Oklahoma Open Records Act. This data contain names, dates, information on events, sentences, procedures and much more, and are also all believed public unless otherwise stated.
