This data contain names, dates, information on cases, sentences, procedures and much more, and are also all presumed public unless otherwise stated. Inhabitants of Delaware are able to better recognize their rights because of these laws, and the transparency provided by the release of these records keeps both criminals and regulators culpable for their actions, in turn resulting in a more open and free society for everybody.
