New Mexico’s Inspection of Public Records Act ensures its citizens the ability to search for, obtain, and use records kept by authorities, including arrest records, court public records, marriage and divorce certificates, and records of traffic transgressions, and this right also includes the citizens of Eldorado at Santa Fe. All essential information about the various happenings of law enforcement, local courts, and local government are incorporated into these records, and generally are assumed public unless legally redacted.
