All significant information about the many happenings of law enforcement officials, municipal courts, and local government are incorporated into these records, and are believed public unless formally redacted. Silver Citys law enforcement and criminals are both held accountable thanks to the transparency given by this law, making Silver City, and by extension the nation, an even more free and open culture.
